NEVER GIVE UP

At some point in the various journeys we embark on in our lives, we get to a part where we feel like giving up. Sometimes we give up before we even start and other times we give up just before we are about to make that huge break-through that we have been putting so much effort in to achieve.
you should never give up and I hope that you will find it before you give up, so that I can inspire you to keep going!
1-As Long As You Are Alive Anything Is Possible
The only valid excuse you have to give up is if you are dead. As long as you are alive (and healthy and free) you have the choice to keep trying until you finally succeed.
2- Be Realistic
The chance of mastering something the first time you do it is almost non-existent. Everything takes time to learn and you will make mistakes. Learn from them.
3- Michael Jordan
Arguably the best basketball player of all time. He attributes his success to all his failures. He just never gave up even when he knew he had missed over 300 shots and had missed the  winning shot of the game many times. Every time he got knocked down he got back up again.
4- Lance Armstrong
Lance was diagnosed with serious cancer that had spread throughout his entire body. He had cancer cells the size of golf balls in his lungs. Despite all odds he overcame the cancer and set out to win the Tour de France 6 Consecutive years in a row.
5- Muhammad Ali
“Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee”. Muhammad Ali is one of the best boxers the world has ever known. He suffered only 5 losses while having 56 wins and was the first boxer to win the lineal heavyweight championship three times. This is a guy who literally knows how to get knocked down and get back up.
6- The Man Who Created The Marathon
Very long ago an Athenian herald was sent to Sparta to get help when the Persians landed in Greece. It was said that he ran 240km in 2 days and after that he ran 40km to announce the victory of the Greeks only to collapse and die on the spot from exhaustion. If you ever feel like things are difficult, imagine what it would be like to run 240km in 2 days.
7- Chris Gardner – The Pursuit of Happiness
Have you seen the movie “The Pursuit of Happiness”? It is based on the life story of Chris Gardener, a man who went for the lowest of the lows in an environment where most people would give up (no money, no job) to the highest of the highs (A millionaire with his own investment firm). If you ever think about giving up, watch this movie!
8- Kanye West
I’m pretty sure you have heard of the rapper Kanye West. Read his story. He is a big inspiration for me and proves that you can go from having very little to being among the most famous and respected people in the world.
9- Nelson Mandela
Campaigned for justice and freedom in his South Africa. Spent 20 years in jail for his opposition to apartheid. On release he healed the wounds of apartheid by his magnanimous attitude toward his former political enemies.
10- You Are Strong
You are stronger than you think. One little setback is not enough to stop you from achieving your goals. Neither are 10 or 100 or 1000 setbacks.
11- Prove Yourself
You don’t want to be known as someone that is weak and gives up. Go out there and prove yourself to the world and to yourself. You CAN and WILL achieve what you set out to do. The only time you fail is when you give up.
12- Has It Been Done Before?
If someone else can do it then so can you. Even if it is only one other person in the world that has achieved what you have set out to achieve, that should be reason enough for you to never give up.
13- Believe In Your Dreams
Don’t sell yourself short. In life there are going to be many people who will try to bring you down and tell you what you want to achieve is not possible. Don’t let anyone destroy your dreams.

How to do composite in anterior teeth

If your tooth have been chipped due to any reason like trying to open a soda bottle with you teeth or due to accidental biting on a hard stuff then don't worry you can get your chipped tooth fixed as new by cosmetic dental procedures. A dentist who is trained in cosmetic and restorative procedure will make it so life like and aesthetic you can't even imagine.
When you are saying chipped tooth I am presuming that small flake of your tooth surface is chipped and most probably it is the front tooth. You can get chipped tooth corrected very easily and without any pain in just single sitting by a procedure called as Composite bonding. There are few other procedures to correct a chipped tooth but composite bonding is most efficient, easy, aesthetic and cost effective.

What's composite bonding ?
Composite bonding is a kind of dental restorative procedure to restore the aesthetic and function of a tooth which may have broken due to any trauma or decay.

What is composite ?
Composite is a mixture of different materials which are combined together to enhance and complement each others property.Composite is primarily made up of synthetic resins, filler particles, shade producing agents, chemical initiators and inhibitors and much more.
Composite comes in a form of kit, There are 3 main component of composite kit.
  1. Adhesive
  2. Etchant.
  3. Composite Syringes
Composite is packed in a syringe like thing and comes out in a semisolid form This semisolid paste like substance is used to build up the chipped portion of the tooth.

Study tips for students

With exams season in full-swing and life without your text book surgically attached to you fast approaching, we wanted to share with you our top study tips to help you understand how to learn and improve memory. Use this quick study tip guide to see how you can improve your study skills and get yourself on track to achieving those A’s in your exams.

Study Tip #1

Understand your study topics in your own words: Your teacher or lecturer can explain something to you, you can learn it from a text book, your friends can study with you, even your own notes can explain it to you but all these explanations are of little use if, by the end, you can’t explain what you have learned to yourself. If you don’t understand a study concept that you need to illustrate in an exam to get top exam results, then you won’t be happy with your end exam result. To combat this, get into the habit of explaining whatever it is you are studying, in your own words, so you understand your study notes. The key to help improve your memory is to understand what you’ve learned when you are studying it. So don’t just memorise and tick off the list – make sure you understand your theory.

Study Tip #2

Don’t be afraid to ask study questions: Of course, depending on what you’re studying, it may be quite difficult to get into a position to understand a concept, theory or other information you need to learn. This is where it is invaluable to ask questions of your teachers, lecturers or other educators. Don’t be afraid of asking a ‘stupid’ question – there really is no such thing when it comes to study and learning! Embrace your curiosity, for as William Arthur Ward said: “Curiosity is the wick in the candle of learning.” Doing so will allow you to fill in the blanks and better prepare you for exams.

Study Tip #3

Quiz yourself: Once you feel you understand a concept or a topic, it is important to test yourself on it. Try and replicate exam conditions as much as possible: turn your phone off, don’t talk, time yourself etc. You can set yourself a study quiz or practice exam questions and, so long as you approach it with the right mindset, you can get a very good idea of how much you know. You gain a greater insight into where you stand in relation to what you’ve studied so far. Also, it will give you some much need exam preparation, making the actual exam a more comfortable experience. Flashcards are ideal for boosting your memory and help you recall theory, definitions and key dates – these are great for quick study sessions, especially straight before an exam.

Study Tip #4

Get Creative with online study tools: Don’t feel obliged to just sit in front of a book with a highlighter; there are many different ways to study. You should pick whatever works for you. Try using as many study tools and techniques as possible to help you study better and find what works best for you. Perfect examples of such study tools would be online flashcards, mind maps, mnemonics, online study planners, video and audio resources.Access your online study tools; mind maps, flashcards, study quizzes and practice exam answers and bring your study notes with you wherever you are.

Study Tip #5

Set your study goals and create a flexible study plan: In order to achieve exam success you need to know what you want to achieve. That’s why it is extremely important to set your Study Goals now and outline to yourself what you need to do. With your study goals in mind and your end of year exams weeks and months away it makes sense to have a flexible study plan as opposed to a rigid one. The closer you get to your exams the more concrete your study plan should be, but at this point it should be porous. It should be broad enough to allow you to add and change aspects but concise enough so you know you’re covering each subject/topic as best you can at this point.

Achieve Exam Success !

If you incorporate these 5 aspects into your study regime you will be well on your way to achieving exam success. Remember, the earlier you start learning and preparing for exams, the more you’ll remember and understand but most importantly, you will have to study less in the future!

EXERCISE AFTER READING FOR HOURS

When you are studying for long hours, are you worried about extra pounds? are you worried about backache? are you worried about eye strain? You may be able to find a ton of information about exercise, proper diet, trainings, and more but there is really no magic needed to start daily regimen to avoid all the health related problems and able to concentrate on your studies also. Read our tips below and start simple by moving as much as possible throughout the day.

Make multiple places to study

No you do not need several  tables for this but all your stuff are still on the same desk but you have to move that chair and twist your body as you do your tasks for the day. You can also make an area where you work while standing.

Walk while talking over the phone

Walk around while talking over the cellphone. Whenever you are taking breaks for talking, do this. Don't sit and talk. You can opt for a good headset so it will be more convenient when you want to move around.

Move around after eating

After a meal, it will be best to move around for atleast 10 minutes. Don't come and sit after having food. The levels of fat in your blood are highest after eating so move around to help trigger the release of a chemicals in the body which makes your metabolism work faster.
Don't take your eye health for granted. Protect your eyesight with these six tips:

Eat for Good Vision

Protecting your eyes starts with the food on your plate. Studies have shown that nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, lutein, zinc, and vitamins C and E may help ward off age-related vision problems such as macular degeneration and cataracts. Regularly eating these foods can help lead to good eye health:
  • Green, leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, and collards
  • Salmon, tuna, and other oily fish
  • Eggs, nuts, beans, and other non-meat protein sources
  • Oranges and other citrus fruits or juices
Eating a well-balanced diet also helps you maintain a healthy weight also.

Look Away From the Computer for Good Eye Health

Staring at a computer screen can cause:
  • Eyestrain
  • Blurry vision
  • Difficulty focusing at a distance
  • Dry eyes
  • Headaches
  • Neck, back, and shoulder pain
Protect your eye health by taking the following steps:
  • Make sure your glasses or contact lens prescription is up-to-date and adequate for computer use.
  • Some people may need glasses to help with contrast, glare, and eye strain when using a computer.
  • Position your computer so that your eyes are level with the top of the monitor. This allows you to look slightly down at the screen.
  • Try to avoid glare on your computer from windows and lights. Use an anti-glare screen if needed.
  • Choose a comfortable, supportive chair. Position it so that your feet are flat on the floor.
  • If your eyes are dry, blink more.
  • Every 20 minutes, rest your eyes by looking 20 feet away for 20 seconds. At least every two hours, get up and take a 15-minute break.

BACK CARE TIPS

Exercise your back regularly. Walking, swimming  and using exercise bikes are all excellent ways to strengthen your back muscles.
Always bend your knees and your hips, not your back.

Never twist and bend at the same time.

Always lift and carry objects close to your body.

Try to carry larger loads in a rucksack and avoid sling bags.

Maintain a good posture. Avoid slumping in your chair, hunching over a desk or walking with your shoulders hunched.

Use a chair with a backrest. Sit with your feet flat on the floor or on a footrest. Change how you sit every few minutes.

Quit smoking. It is thought that smoking reduces the blood supply to the discs between the vertebrae and this may lead to degeneration of these discs.

Lose any excess weight. Use Healthy weight calculator to find out if you're a healthy weight for your height.

Choose a mattress suited to your height, weight, age and sleeping position.

Hope these all tips will help you to study with keeping you healthy also.
